1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if not yet shipped.

2. Refunds

• Full refund for cancellations before shipment.
• For delivered products, a 7-day return window applies if the item is unused and in original packaging.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Installed or physically damaged devices may not be eligible for return unless defective on arrival.
